About Our Community

The community of Wicksfield is a deed-restricted community located just outside the town limits of beautiful Smyrna, Delaware.  Our community consists of two-hundred and two single-family homes, beautiful landscapes, well maintained common areas, and amazing neighbors.  Situated just minutes from downtown Smyrna, tax-free shopping, and Delaware beaches make Wicksfield a highly desired community for all.  The community is managed by a Home Owner’s Association which consists of board members elected by the community.
