10/06/2024 - Wicksfield HOA Launches Official Facebook Page
The Wicksfield Board of Directors have officially launched a Facebook page! The purpose of the page is to communicate upcoming events, updates, and other important information out to members of the Wicksfield Community. The page itself and posts will be managed by the current HOA Board of Directors.
This page will not replace any current and established forms of communication currently in place for homeowners (i.e. email, phone, and mail) but will be in addition to. As a reminder, if you have concerns that need attention, please contact our community manager with Premier Community Association Management Company.
9/04/2024 - New Community Manager - Phillip Holmes
Effective September 4th, 2024, the Wicksfield community has a new Community Manager through Premier Community Association Management Company (PCAM), Phillip Holmes.
Phillip has worked for PCAM for a year and a half as an on-site manager and prior to that worked for several years as a higher education housing professional at 6 different colleges and universities. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys going to yard sales, watching sports, and anything dealing with history.

During an executive meeting of the Wicksfield Executive Board of Directors, the following officers and positions were established for the FY2024/2024 year:

4/22/2024 - Meeting of Members and Election
During the annual meeting of member and board elections held on April 22nd, 2024, the following Wicksfield Executive Board of Directors was established:

Christina Pula (Newly Elected)
Joe Wilkins (Newly Elected)
The purpose of an Executive Board of Directors, in relation to a homeowner's association, is to protect and make good faith decisions in the common interest of the community. This includes the duties, as outlined in the Wicksfield governing documents and bylaws of the association.
