Meet Our Board of Directors

William "Bill" Miller - President

Bill was elected to the board in 2021 and currently serves as President. Bill received his BS in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University. Throughout his career he was held several positions within the fields of operational leadership, legal, asset protection, and most recently Human Resources.  

Bill moved to the community in 2019 with his husband, Otis, and two dogs, Khloe and Chewy.  When not at work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and vacationing anywhere near the beach or water. 

 Terence Davis -  Vice President 

Terence holds an MBA, MA in Organizational Management and an Associates Degree in Aviation.   Terence is a 20 year retired Air Force Veteran and is currently the Quality Training Engineer for the leading life science research and technology company in the country.

Terance and his wife Ruth has been residents of Wicksfield since 2010.  They enjoy this community, its residents, and most importantly each other.

 Kim Baker - Secretary / Treasurer

Kim and Brian bought their home in 2016 from prior president Don Green so her home's reputation precedes her! A move that kept four generations together under that one roof.

Kim's work history is diversified but her heart is in the numbers! She is a certified QBO bookkeeper and expands into helping others with financial education.  Kim also serves on the board at her favorite sportsmens club.

She has coordinated club events for Easter, craft nights, vendor shows, dinners, dance nights and looks forward to being a more active part of the Wicksfield community. 

Christine Pula - Director

Christina and her husband Jim moved to the Wicksfield community in 2011.  

This will be Christina's first time serving on the HOA Board and she is excited to get more involved and serve the community!

Joe Wilkins - Director

Joe and his wife Kai moved to the Wicksfield community in 2010.  

This will be Joe's first time serving on the HOA Board, however Joe's wife Kai previously served as the Secretary in 2022-2023! Joe is excited to serve the community and bring a different perspective to the board!
